Victorian Gingerbread Porch detailing typically consists of a combination of Porch Columns, Railings, including a top handrail and a bottom rail, and sawn or turned balusters. Steps or stairways leading to the porch are often enhanced with newel posts. Spandrels may also be added at the tops of porch columns, in order to create a screening effect which softens harsh corners and creates "eye brow arches."

Our porch posts, newel posts, turned balusters and railings are made from western red cedar, a decay resistant wood. Our sawn balusters are available in several types of materials for both indoor and outdoor use.
